A pulling-out ceremony has been held in honour of Dr. Albert Brown Gaisie, immediate past Chief Fire Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service at the GNFS Headquarters. The pull-out ceremony is a symbolic ceremony to signify the retirement of an Officer usually of Higher Ranking.
