Accra, Ghana – June 3, 2025 – The Ministry of the Interior has taken notice of a fraudulent recruitment message circulating on social media, claiming to offer opportunities for recruitment into the Ghana Security Services through a “Data Gathering Form”. The message includes a link (https://forms.gle/TQ5pXEB22i1S1H5P9) and cites submission deadline of June 10, 2025.

The Ministry wishes to state that this message is FALSE and UNAUTHORISED.

The Ministry of the Interior wishes to clarify the following:

  1. The Ministry of the Interior has not authorised any individual, group, or third-party platform or provided Google Form link to conduct recruitment or collect data on its behalf.
  2. All legitimate recruitment processes for the Security Services are advertised through the national dailies.
  3. No recruitment is conducted via Google Forms or similar platforms.

The general public is urged to disregard this fraudulent message and avoid clicking the provided link or sharing personal information. Engaging with such links may result in identity theft, financial loss, or other cybercrimes.
