Accra, October 27, 2025 – The Minister for the Interior, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, is to announce a critical national initiative aimed at reducing the proliferation of illicit arms in the country. As part of this effort, the Ministry will launch a Gun Amnesty on November 11, 2025, which will run for a period of six (6) weeks.
