At an End-of-Year Staff Durbar of the Ministry of the Interior held at its conference room, the Minister, Hon. Ambrose Dery commended his staff for their good work during the year 2023.

The durbar was organized by Management to assess and performance of the Ministry, plan for the ensuing year and also wish the staff Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The occasion gave the Minister the opportunity to interact with his staff and listened to their concerns and suggestions.

He Thanked God for a successful year and urged them for their continuous efforts and good work and said without them, the work cannot go on.  He, therefore, encouraged them to continue to deliver their best and render their services to mother Ghana for the benefit of the good people of Ghana.

Hon. Ambrose Dery assured the staff of his commitment and support and called for unity amongst all. ‘With a collective responsibility and determination, we should work together to overcome any challenges and ensure that we contribute our quota towards the attainment of our mandate’, he stated.

In her welcome address, the Acting Chief Director, Mrs. Doreen Annan, noted that as a security Ministry, it is incumbent on the staff to be disciplined, dedicated to work and time conscious in order to improve the work of the Ministry.

She wished the staff a joyous Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
