The Minister for the Interior has on the advice of the Northern Regional Security Council and by Executive Instrument imposed a curfew on Bole Township  and its environs in the Bole District of the Northern Region from  6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. effective, Monday, 10th December, 2018. The imposition of the curfew follows the outbreak of violence in the town arising from the Bole Chieftaincy dispute.
